MY STORY
Not long ago I was completely lost in the grief of separation, exactly where you might be right now. I moved through the grief, through the anger, and into something I wasn't expecting — self-understanding, forgiveness, and a genuine love for myself I hadn't felt in a long time.
I found that most of what existed out there didn't go deep enough. The YouTube videos didn't hit the right nerve. The generic worksheets scratched the surface but didn't reach the root. So I created my own tools — including the Relationship Post-Mortem Workbook — a process that transformed my grief into genuine self-understanding.
I don't want you to abandon yourself again. I commit myself fully to you, so long as you commit yourself fully to this process.
